We're writing again to let you know that the situation we previously notified you about with our co-tenant Pier Aquila at the 1594 Sanchez Street rental has not abated.

The current problems with her (and her boyfriend, Greg, who has moved-in permanently) include:

Taken all together, this behavior is a nuisance to the neighborhood and seriously impinges on the habitability of the apartment.

Both of us have been collecting character references and letters of recommendation for over 20 years of work and community service in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. We sincerely regard ourselves as reasonable tenants, who avoid making excessive demands. However, if we are forced to vacate the premises due to these conditions remaining unaddressed, this could be legally regarded as a "constructive eviction". We strongly suggest you review your legal liability in these cases and respond to this letter as soon as possible.

We are taking what action we can to establish evidence for the above points with the help of the police and city authorities (and as I'm sure you know, warning Ms. Aquila about this is not a good idea-- legally, it might even be taken as a sign of complicity in her activities).

                                  Sincerely,

                                  Raven Nielsen and Joseph Brenner
