   It's amusing the way different
   people pick their favorite
   amendments, and insist on
   pushing for expansive, even
   absolutist interpretations of         I'm actually somewhat partial
   some and not the others.              to the 9th: just because a
                                         right isn't enumerated doesn't
   It's further amusing that all         mean it doesn't exist.
   sides try to use this ax to
   swing against the others.             I like the explicit recognition
                                         that the specification of the
      "Oh yeah, if you care              system is not complete.
      so much about the 2nd,
      what about the 4th?!"              Much like Goedel's theorem,
                                         or Wittgenstein's 7th principle.
      "Oh yeah, if you care
      so much about the 1st,
      what about the 2nd?!"
