There's a well-know phenomena of artsy
neighborhoods becoming exciting and trendy,
and then bought up and invaded by people who
like the idea of being near the artists who
they are in the process of pushing out.

      EAST_OF_THE_EAST

It's a peculiar phenomena: large numbers
of people are attracted to another kind of      Free Market worshipers
person, and their behavior invariably           have trouble grasping
chases away what they're attracted to.          that this might be a
                                                problem, which makes
                                                it clear that they've
                                                got problems.
