How many ways are their to indicate
imprecision?

  o "scare" quotes
                                              I only like
                                              "good" erotica.
  o synonym1/synonym2/synonym3 I only like
                                                               good "erotica"
           Where would we be without
           belief/spirit/faith/religion? I only like
                                                               "good" "erotica"

  o synonym1 (synonym2? synonym3?) "I" only "like"
                                                               "good" "erotica"
           I've placed my faith in
           science (reason?
           secular humanism?)

  o perhaps a parenthetic question mark (?)

  o the un-clarifying footnote

            But 67.3% of the people
            believe in the "9/11
            Truth Movement" [1] !

            [1] I think I read that somewhere.
Maybe they were just talking about
            general dissatisfaction with the
            9/11 Commission.

  o qualifying phrases: "something
like", "approximately", "some Just the other day, George Bush
sort of", "somewhat". said something like "Fuck you!
                                             I'm the president!"

Ah, the many ways to dance around the
fact that you don't quite know what
you're talking about.
