FURTHER_REFLEXION

Bardini declares allegiance with
a quote in the preface, as a
"reflexivist" and a "postmodern".

It seemed to me that Bardini repeatedly
showed that he doesn't really know what
reflexive means, e.g. Englebart's
"bootstrapping" concept is connected to
defining the developer as the user, and
Bardini calls this the "reflexive"
definition. Okay now there is a kind And outside of mathematical
of circularity here, and you can tell logic (and perhaps even
what Bardini means, myself I would say inside of it), reflexive
that a real reflexive definition would definitions are pretty
be "the user is the user". inane and useless.

Eh, but I see the dictionary (A is A, Ayn is Ayn,
definition is "having an A thing is itself,
object that is identical with this statement says
the subject". So perhaps I'm what it says, and not
at fault for assuming that what it doesn't say.
this jargon is solely part of Heavy, man.)
    mathematics.

       Oops. Nevermind.
