I try to write down what I know, 
honestly, in a realistic fashion. 

Then I look at it again, and
it seems really harsh and
cynical.

It may be that I really have 
succesfully written down some 
truths, but from experience 
I know that phrasing them like 
this is guaranteed to make the 
pill too bitter for most to 
swallow.  

Is it possible to rewrite the 
truth in a more sugar-coated           Or would the rewrite kill 
way? 				       the truth, tranform it into 
				       reasurring pap... 
Avoid playing Cassandra 
for once... 

Could it be that the harsh/cynical 
style reflects an oversimplification? 

Isn't that another trap?  There's so
much syrypy hype in the world you can
get stuck thinking that only the
negative can be true.
