SEA_OF_PSYCH

A TED talk by Richard Dawkins:

A little dull, but with a nice one-two finish
(sneaking up on one of his common themes):

He talks about how it doesn't make any
practical sense to deal with human
      beings as though they're physical
objects-- our brains are evolved to do
      intuitive psychological evaluation, we
swim in a sea of social interaction, so
that's how we tend to look at the world,
      occasionally overapplying it to
personify the behavior of computers or
cars or... "as millions of deluded
people do with the universe as a whole".

He then closes on his grand question,
have we evolved brains so flexible that
we can reason our way out of the box of
      our evolved tendencies?
