on a controversial topic is               against the borg.
like talking to a complete
idiot that can't remember
what you said yesterday.

It requires phenomenal patience
to calmly repeat the same thing
over and over again in hopes
that this time it might sink-in
and at last the group mind will
move on to some other stubborn
idiocy.

                any given moment.

                    You're talking to a borg --        (go round
                    a meme-complex inhabiting           about)
                    the minds of a subculture.

                    A zeitgeist.
                    A collective unconsicous.

                       Very unconsicous.
