MoonGroup has a mailing list for apache, more information is here:

There are many packages to do log analysis.  A couple of the top of my head 
are webalizer (e.g., http://www.moongroup.com/usage/ ) and analog 
(http://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~sret1/analog/).

If you do a search (like this one: 
http://google.yahoo.com/bin/query?p=analog+log+analyzer&hc=0&hs=1) for log 
analyzer you'll get a lot of hits.
