Yes- GoAmerica works.  You must use a serial modem, or the Novatel 
Wireless Merlin PCMCIA modem.  The others aren't real modem, rather they 
are winmodems that are not supported by PCMCIA card and socket services.

If you go this route, I can send you all the config files you'll need.
