Since RedHat now has a "domestic" (crypto-enabled) version, it would
make sense to add a few packages:

	Some cryptographic library
	Some cryptographic Perl modules
	openssl
	apache-mod_ssl
	lsh (freeware ssh)

God willing, this version won't have to remain "domestic" for very much
longer...

Not for distribution; you can link OpenSSL against RSAREF and get
something that is legal for noncommercial use.  It is apparently also
legal if you have any secure web server license to use any other one. 
Note also that the RSA patent expires in less than a year.

(Oh yes, the kerneli.org patches should have been on this list, too.)

You probably can't. The US govt has this wonderful view that US citizens
and companies doing anything like funding encryption work outside the USA
are at least accessories to something.

ftp.replay.com btw is the killer archive for crypto stuff, especially RPMs
