DBD::AnyData may do what you want. It allows you to import XML files into an in-memory database and you can easily insert them into any other database from there. > I've read the book "Learning XML" by Erik T.Ray where XSLT, XPATH and > XPOINTER are discussed and explained and had a look at CPAN site to > find out more on the subject (XML stuff, expat, etc). You'd be better off asking about XML on an XML or general perl list/newsgroup. === To: Jeff Zucker <jeff@vpservices.com> From: <burningclown@westhost43.westhost.net> Subject: Re: DBI & XML:putting it all together Date: Mon, 1 Oct 2001 12:55:08 -0500 (CDT) Also check out the "XML and Perl" (or maybe it's the other way round) column on http://www.xml.com === To: dbi-users@perl.org From: Bart Lateur <bart.lateur@skynet.be> Subject: Re: DBI & XML:putting it all together Date: Fri, 05 Oct 2001 11:24:32 +0200 [OT - meta] On 1 Oct 2001 09:56:57 -0700, Jeff Zucker wrote: >DBD::AnyData may do what you want. ... Yes, we know already. Sigh. I got (at least) copies of this message, and of the follow-up from "burningclown". It's just this one thread. Ah, I think I know what caused it. There's this line in the header: >MBOX-Line: From bounce-debian-user=debian=atoka-software.com@lists.debian.org followed by the date. It's the debian list bouncing the message back, and it looks like it does it once for every recipient. I hope it'll shut up now... ===
