I have a Teles-16.3 running in my old Jensen-Alpha with Kernel 2.2.11!
Which Kernel are you using? Have you tried to fetch the current
isdn-drivers from ftp.suse.de? I had similar problems with the old
Kernel drivers until I updated.
So better look for the newest drivers you can find ... hope this helps
