I personally strongly recommend a "development" or "server" install of
Linux-Mandrake 7.1.  It includes all but two of the required Perl modules,
and a very fully-featured default Apache install.  I think you have to
upgrade MySQL to make it work perfectly though.

A couple caveats if you use Mandrake:
Mandrake uses "postfix", not "sendmail", to send mail.  It is compatible with
sendmail though.
Mandrake's default sendmail polling interval for deferred delivery mail is
one hour.  This is quickly changed, but waiting 45-60 minutes for a bug email
to arrive can be a pain; I highly recommend removing the
"-Odeliverymode=deferred" from all instances in processmail.pl
