Subject: Re: Weird ppp problem - TCPDUMP experts please look From: Jan Carlson <janc@iname.com> Date: Wed, 09 Jun 1999 13:09:56 -0400 If you can ping an outside ip number but other services do not work, it usually means /etc/resolv.conf needs work. You can fix this also using linuxconf | nameserver configuration. If you are running the named server, it may mean /etc/named.conf has a problem. === Subject: Re: Streaming Media From: Steve Borho <sborho@ststech.com> Date: Tue, 15 Jun 1999 11:54:48 -0500 On Tue, Jun 15, 1999 at 11:59:35AM -0400, Kevin Diffily wrote: > I have been unable to access streaming media such as Real Player and > Quick Time Streaming Media from a Client behind an IP Masq on a Linux > RH 6.0 Server.
