A simple one we used to use:

http://www.careyinternet.com/main/commerce/

It works great, it's GPL'd, web-administrable, and there is a ton of
info out there on it. In our infinite wisdom, we decided to abandon
it for a more complex system, which no one has had the time to get
running yet. Commerce.cgi should just take you a couple hours to set up.

Thanks, Rich.

phpShop also looks good. I'll investigate both.

Hi Drew!

You can also try http://www.opensales.org/ . It's GPL, written in Perl, can use any database which is supported by the Perl-DBI module (Default: mysql).

Hi!

I just saw another shopping cart (in php) :

http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpshop/ or http://www.phpshop.org/
(includes a demo on the second homepage)

Well, there's a product called AllCommerce from a company called
OpenSales which I might be able to recommend <g>.

    http://www.opensales.org/

Mind you, they pay me to do this.

While this one seems better than many, I wasn't able to log in with any of
the pre-defined users despite having a correct install. bah.

And what *is* it about OpenSales requiring one to fill out a form before
downloading? Bah. Or even a demo. Bah.
