I don't know about anyone else, but I for one am getting a bit sick of the
different multi-line quoting styles used in the CGIs. Would anyone be
horribly adverse to me converting one of the smaller files to use here
documents? If not, I'll just post it for some review. If anyone else likes
it that way, I'll look into converting the others.

At the very least, it saves the time/bugrisk of having to ensure that both
sides of your multi-line are quoted the same way.
I've also found here documents useful when debugging, in that you can swap
it from an interpolating form to a non-interpolating form quite rapidly, and
see where the code shows up.
