If you're using Redhat, adduser is simply a symlink to useradd, and (surprise)
there is no 'deluser'; it's just userdel. Confusing, isn't it? 

Redhat's useradd/adduser man page makes no mention of passwords. For it, you 
simply adduser 'desired user' and then setup the initial passwd for them 
separately with 'passwd'.
