I got Red Hat 6.1 Deluxe recently for the added support features. Unfortunately, the additional support is totally lame. If you like being put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then having the rep refuse to answer all but the most basic installation questions, then Red Hat phone support is just the thing you're looking for. I've sent in three web support requests almost a week ago. Only one of them has been answered. And I haven't been able to get up2date working at all. I like Red Hat, but from my own experience, I have to say that the Deluxe edition is a rip-off. Get the Standard. ===
