It's good to have a non-critical server that gets a lot of traffic
but that you wouldn't have to fix if it went down right away.
This is why you should run a mirror of your favorite free software
or a Usenet news server -- it gives you a place to experiment with
new stuff you're considering for deployment on the critical servers.
