Many of my coworkers tend to send test results, pictures, short docs, etc. by email, or by paper. Often, they are sent to people who don't care, and not to those who do. Even if it goes to the right place, it's only saved in email. I'd like to remedy this. What I was thinking of was some sort of blog or wiki type of thing, but couldn't find blogs that allow uploading files, and Wiki would require more thought on the user's part. The interface should be web-based. At the least, the user should be able to type in some text on a form, click on "add attachments", and attach files. Then the text and a link to the file(s) would be appended or prepended to a big web page. Possible enhancements would be to have separate subjects/categories, comments on items, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions?
