  neither does logitech, for some reason they make USB wireless
keyboard&mouse combo but urge you to use provided USB->ps/2
convertors:-) kinda strange.

  but in general I think it's nice to have one kind of connectors where
you can plug-in everything and let the computer sort out different
devices (+ hot swappable, easy to extend to allow more devices etc...).
I am not sure if USB is the right solution but it addresses real
problem. firewire might be a better solution...
