I've got an ESS ES1868 AudioDrive (rev > 11) (3.01) for my sound card. I'm running RedHat 6.2 stock. No > upgrades, no special sound stuff.... Can you play 16bit audio fine elsewhere? Try the console version of mpg123, for instance. Did you try down-sampling? Thanks! === Subject: Re: XMMS problem From: Statux <statux@bigfoot.com> Date: Mon, 28 Aug 2000 16:17:45 -0400 (EDT) Well you shouldn't have gotten any output with that thing.. that writes .wav files ;) But if it's fixed.. good deal :P ===
