wiki software (hoping for perl, db-backed, etc.)

Prejudices: would like a wiki engine that's reasonably well tested, with an architecture like:

  linux
  postgresql
  perl
  apache
MojoMojo is pretty close, but
  1. Catalyst? Tell me that's good for performance. When your write-load starts climbing?
  2. Whizzy Javascript front-end needs more thought (as they all do, if they're not designed by google).
