responded:
Why would I bother? It's not like you want to hear it.
Anyway, starting with the Clintons at play in Arkansas,
Hillary was clearly in on a money-laundering scheme where WHITEFOAM
she pretended to be prescient at betting on cattle
futures (way it works: you and the guy who's paying you
off put a bet down at a brokerage house, the house
changes the way you bet retroactively so that you always
miraculously win).
The sheer quantity of wealth-- (May 2022)
e.g. the number of mansions she Bernie's attacks on Hillary for doing
owns-- is pretty amazing once you highly paid and essentially *secret*
look into it. speaking enagements for Goldman-Sachs
were well taken: that's classic Hillary
right there, sucking down the money in
the brief window of time when it's legal
for her to do it, between her Senate
stint and her Presidential run.
Then there's the gay rights thing,
where you guys are apparently in
denial but she literally kept
changing her mind and then claimed
she hadn't. This is on video.
(I wouldn't care so much about her
changing her mind, it's not being
able to keep the story straight
later that bugs me).
There's a bunch of 90s era things that aren't cool, like
the "super-predators" line-- somewhat similar to the
"deplorables" line, where *what* she said, like it or
not, is pretty similar to things a lot of people were
saying, but the language she picked bugs me (look up the
history of "deplorables" some time, it's the kind of
thing Nazis said about those lower races).
Or, there was that time when she was a NY Senator, and
she gave a speech about Israel/Palestine, where she
invited the citizens of New York to consider how they
would feel if they were under attack from Canada.
(If I were going to run some absurd counter-factuals by
them, I might ask them how they'd feel if the UN had
decided to put Israel in Brooklyn.)
This kind of thing, combined with her Iraq War vote,
makes me worry that she's a knee-jerk hawk-- yeah, I
preferred her to Trump, yeah, I voted for her, but one
thing you can give Trump is he didn't start any new
wars (I actually *expected* him to do this-- he certainly
understands the rally-round-the-flag effect-- it's the one
thing that might've jacked his approval rating).
And by the way-- Elizabeth Warren is okay by me. I've
contributed to money to women running for office.
Whatever sexism I may have, I'm not so far gone I can't
stand the thought of a woman in the white house (once
again I VOTED FOR HILLARY). The recurrent idea you guys
keep coming back to that the *only* reason *anyone* could
dislike Hillary Clinton is a raging unstated case of
sexism makes you guys seem like complete lunatics ...
One of the Hillarites in this
discussion remarked:
"Those afflicted with Hillary
Derangement Syndrome should feel
free to bray at the moon, scream
into the wind or do whatever else
is necessary to get that energy
out of their system."
This sounds like a fun event.
Does anyone know where it's held?
