It seems odd to me that many
people get the opposite
impression... too much media
attention and exaggeration of
some of the failures, and no
thought put into the obvious
successes, is my guess.

If technology is just another name for
the chief products and activities of
humanity, then hatred of technology
may be just another name for hatred of
humanity, a form of self-loathing.
