Summary of modern cognitive psyche: we're all dumb.    
                                             
Yeah, those other guys are pretty dumb, but your
guys are pretty dumb too.  If you object to that     
strenuously, careful: your Dunnig-Kruger is showing.                                                      


   That said: don't turn-up the false eq.       
                                   
     Different groups *can* perform     
     better on the whole.               
                                        
     Our dumbest guys don't get         
     elected to Congress, theirs do.    
                                        
                                       
            So: how do we get to
            a smarter shade of dumb?
