    Matthew King comments that Viktor Frankl
    advocates "affirming whatever you fear to
    be the case, so that you don't fear it
    anymore. The example I remember from
    _Man's Search for Meaning_ is this: if
    you're worried about sweating too much in
    social situations, you should think to
    yourself, 'I'll show them how much I can
    sweat! I'll sweat buckets!'"
