  The hard part:

  After the screw-up, to avoid the
  spiral of self-recriminations that               It's not the first

  It gets still harder when tired, or
  not feeling well... there's that human
  tendency to spin out of control with
  worry when you really need to sleep,                We regenerate.
  and deal with it tomorrow.

  The problems get bigger when you
  can't work on them, but feel you
  should be.

      Get things out of the way?

      Clear the decks, to make
      way for "the sleep of the just".
