   An odd phenomena:

   Fanatics deeply committed to the
   cause of "being moderate".

   They like to think of themselves
   as the reasonable people who are
   above such things, but you don't
   have to look at them very long
   before you'll see evidence of                The point that should be

   The "moderate jihad" is a phrase
   that keeps coming to mind as I've
   read political commentary over the
   last half-dozen years...

   It deserves a better write-up
   than this, but this will have
   to do for now.
