             One thing I would like
             to see at Burning Man itself
             is musical "curators".             Aka "program directors"
                                                in the college radio world.
             They don't let just any body
             dump something out on the
             playa, why do they let
             people with "art cars" blast      FROZEN_SOUND
             any music they want?

                 Currently there's a suggestion/rule
                 that sound systems should be turned
                 down when they approach people's camps.

                 They show no sign of understanding this,
                 and I predict that they won't until
                 some authority figure starts waving
                 a club over their heads.

                    Yes: I want to see *more*
                    rules at Burning Man.

                    You can't expect a self-regulating
                    anarchy to "just work" with
                    just anyone...
