OUTTAKES-LUNAR_NEW_YEAR

   There were some good floats-- once creative
   one was a giganctic Lucky's shopping cart
   with a classic "hot rod" motor on the
   bottom driving it.

   The few custom ones weren't that well done,
   and there weren't that many floats that had
   the most work on them didn't seem to have
   any people riding them-- There was an
   under-funded look to a lot of it, people
   doing what they could in a hurry
